An argument between two brothers left one man dead in Mesquite on Thanksgiving morning.
Police responded to a shooting call at about 6 a.m. Thursday at a house in the 2600 block of Hidden Springs Drive, near Thompson Elementary School.
Police said 40-year-old Bruce Johnson, of Mesquite, shot and killed his younger brother, 35-year-old Darius Owens, who was in town from Louisiana.
Police arrested Johnson and charged him with murder.
